As a CERC certified contractor, we are committed to incorporating Pollution Prevention Practices into our day-to-day operations. This can be accomplished by any of the following:

Discussing at tailgate safety meetings throughout the year

Requiring employees to read and acknowledge they understand the information on their own

Incorporating into existing safety training

In addition, your CERC certificate includes the policy number and expiration date of your pollution liability insurance policy. Maintaining this policy through its expiration date is required to remain certified.
