Helping Solutions LLC

CERC Apreciation Award Winner

Helping Solutions LLC was recognized as a Certified Environmentally Responsible Contractor (CERC) on July 13, 2026. This certification is awarded to contractors who proactively mitigate environmental risks through proper training and back their work with proper insurance. CERCs are leading the industry with properly trained employees, enhancing their reputation with clients and their communities, and outshining their competition.

Founded in 2010, Helping Solutions LLC is a veteran-owned, InterNACHI® Certified property inspection firm serving Central Pennsylvania, including Altoona, Johnstown, and State College. To keep fast-moving real estate deals on track, Helping Solutions LLC provides flexible scheduling with evening slots available so clients do not have to miss work.

Rather than handing over a basic checklist, its inspectors walk clients through the property to explain how systems work, how to maintain them, and how to lower energy bills. The firm also handles environmental testing and remediation in-house. With dual radon licensing and an Industrial Hygienist on staff, Helping Solutions LLC uses state-certified technicians to perform all abatement and mitigation in full adherence to EPA and state safety standards.
