Pacific Demo LLC

Pacific Demo partnered with Kitsap Construction on hazardous material demolition at Molokai High School, covering buildings P5 through P8. Because the project took place on an active school campus on a neighbor island, protecting students, staff, and the surrounding community was the top priority.

Before work began, the team developed a project-specific Lead Paint Control Measures plan and demolition schedule outlining strict containment, dust suppression, worker protection, and waste handling procedures. All work was performed by certified personnel under the supervision of RME and Competent Person Steven Blodgett, with work carefully scheduled around school activities to keep students and staff clear of work zones.

Executing work on Molokai introduced unique logistical challenges. Because Molokai has no permitted facility for hazardous material, all hazardous waste was packaged, manifested, and shipped off-island for proper disposal. The project concluded with zero incidents and clean clearance results.

For Pacific Demo, environmental responsibility means leaving a community's school safer than they found it, especially on an island where every resource and every child counts.
