TLC was founded in 1985 in the garage of a South Florida home owned by Thurston and Joanne Lamberson. Thurston and Joanne shared a long history and passion for design, engineering and construction. The merger between these two galvanized the company’s rise to prominence in Florida where TLC is widely considered as one of the best in the industry.

Contractors can become certified by establishing an environmental risk management plan through broadened pollution insurance and Pollution Prevention Practices provided by Environmental Risk Professionals.
